Our goal is to provide safer and faster shipping options wherever you live.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.
1. Processing Time
- Processing time: 0-2 days. Fulfilled: Mon - Sat.
- Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
- We do not process on Sundays or holidays.
- Processing time is NOT included in shipping time. Please plan accordingly.
2. Shipping Time
Due to recent changes in customs regulations—particularly in the United States—some orders may experience delays of 3 to 5 days. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Note:
- One day in a week won’t process orders—U.S Saturday. Shipping companies all close on Sunday.
- Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after placement when phone number missing or unclear address. Longer than that, order will be canceled and money will be returned. Please leave correct shipping address (PO Box, APO, FPO, military address not acceptable) and telephone number.
- Free shipping means no shipping fee no matter the order price.
- The above logistics time is for reference only, the specific transportation time shall be subject to the logistics company.
